 ou’ve never touched a machine or just need a refresher\, this hands-on co
 urse will teach you the fundamentals—machine operation\, essential tools\
 , and key techniques for sewing with accuracy and confidence. Each week bui
 lds your skills through fun\, beginner-friendly projects like coasters\, pi
 llowcases\, and sewing machine covers.\n \nTHIS IS A GROUP SEWING CLASS.\n

 r $25 \nClass Length: 1 hour 15 mins\n\nMonthly Enrollment\nEnrollment ope
 rates on a month-to-month basis\, allowing students to continue in the trac
 k until they feel prepared to advance. Most students need 6-10 weeks\, depe
 nding on attendance\, practice time\, and individual skill development to p
 rogress pass the beginner stage\, where then we will get to work on student
  lead projects. \nClasses are designed to be fun\, hands-on\, and tailored
  to each student’s skill level and goals.\nStudents will be guided throug
 h the essential building blocks of sewing in a structured\, supportive stud
 io environment. Instruction focuses on safety\, machine confidence\, termin
 ology\, fabric knowledge\, and core construction skills.\n\n\n\n\n\nStudent
 s can expect hands-on practice with:\n\n\nSewing machine operation\, thread
 ing\, tension adjustment\, and stitch selection\n\n\nStraight\, zigzag\, an
 d curved stitching with control and consistency\n\n\nProper cutting\, press
 ing\, marking\, and seam allowance accuracy\n\n\nUnderstanding fabric types
 \, grainlines\, and basic interfacing\n\n\nReading and interpreting simple 
 sewing patterns\n\n\nCompleting beginner-friendly projects such as small ac
 cessories\n\n\nProjects are designed to reinforce technique\, not just prod
 uce a finished item. Accuracy and understanding are prioritized over speed.
