 e perfect starting point for anyone new to sewing. Whether you’ve never t
 ouched a machine or just need a refresher\, this hands-on course will teach
  you the fundamentals—machine operation\, essential tools\, and key techn
 iques for sewing with accuracy and confidence. Each week builds your skills
  through fun\, beginner-friendly projects like coasters\, pillowcases\, and
  sewing machine covers.\n \nTHIS IS A GROUP SEWING CLASS.\n \nIn this tra
 ck\, students are guided through the essential building blocks of sewing in
  a structured\, supportive studio environment. Instruction focuses on safet
 y\, machine confidence\, terminology\, fabric knowledge\, and core construc
 tion skills.\n \nStudents can expect hands-on practice with:\n\n\nSewing m
 achine operation\, threading\, tension adjustment\, and stitch selection\n\
 n\nStraight\, zigzag\, and curved stitching with control and consistency\n\
 n\nProper cutting\, pressing\, marking\, and seam allowance accuracy\n\n\nU
 nderstanding fabric types\, grainlines\, and basic interfacing\n\n\nReading
  and interpreting simple sewing patterns\n\n\nCompleting beginner-friendly 
 projects such as small accessories\n \n\n\nProjects are designed to reinfo
 rce technique\, not just produce a finished item. Accuracy and understandin
